The site lists base rent separately from required monthly charges: water at $30 per bedroom, trash at $20 per bedroom, and internet at $50 per home. The stated security deposit equals one month of base rent. Other utilities and applicable move-in costs are separate; confirm all charges and written lease terms before signing.

Affordable homes are subject to applicable income qualifications and program requirements. A displayed rent or submitted inquiry does not establish eligibility or approval.

Floor plans and illustrations

Square footages are approximate. Furnished 3D images are illustrative, are not to scale, and do not promise particular furnishings, colors, or finishes. Furnishings are not included. Features and orientation may vary by unit. Review the specific home and confirm important details with us.

Contact requests
