Using this website
The site provides labeled contact fields, keyboard-operable controls, visible keyboard focus, text descriptions of floor-plan images, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Browser zoom can be used to enlarge text. Floor-plan images and original architectural drawings contain visual details that may not be fully conveyed by alternative text.

If you have difficulty using the website or need information in another format, call 805-870-5053 or use the contact form. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and your preferred way to receive a response. We will work with you to provide the information and address the barrier. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to report a website issue.
You may also contact us about accessible features of a particular home or a reasonable accommodation in the housing process. A floor-plan illustration alone does not establish a home’s accessibility features.
