Information we collect

When you request a tour, an application, or more information, we collect the name, email address and/or phone number you provide, an optional preferred move-in date, the request type, and the home you selected. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment details, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive information through this form.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the service.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiries to respond to you, discuss available homes, arrange tours, provide application next steps, and maintain related communications. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list.

Vercel hosts the website. FormSubmit processes and forwards contact-form submissions to our designated leasing inbox, where authorized people handling leasing may review and respond. Our email provider also processes those messages. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud.

Cookies, tracking, and external links

This website does not install advertising pixels or marketing analytics, and we do not sell information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting or security services may use information needed to operate the site. We do not use this site to track your activity across unrelated websites, and do not change site behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Links to maps and other external websites are governed by those services’ policies.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails may remain in the leasing inbox as needed to respond, follow up, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains submissions for 30 days; deleting that archive does not delete an email already delivered to us. You may contact us about deletion. We use HTTPS for website connections, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit the form and call us instead. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will handle requests in accordance with the laws that apply.

The website is intended for people seeking housing and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us to request its removal.
